Or had Jeremy Clarkson gotten really old really fast. I'm watching the seasons on NetFlix, and I feel like he ages 10 years in the last 3 series.

No it's pretty obvious. My only guess is that growing old is not linear, you age little by little until you reach a certain point where you start to deteriorate much much faster.

What worries me the most is when you take an image of Clarkson's face and mirror it. It's not that noticeable when it's in it's normal orientation, but when mirrored, he seriously looks like he's about to suffer a stroke.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Jeremy Clarkson has never really struck me as someone who takes care of himself. Suppose it catches up eventually. He's also smoker, and that really ages your skin.
